The International Conference on Nanoimprint and Nanoprint Technologies—the world’s leading symposium on the topic—will take place October 14-16, 2019, at the Boston Seaport Hotel. Our own Dennis Slafer will present, along with members of the Microelectronics Research Center at Iowa State University (ISU), on the design, development and fabrication of an integrated substrate for OLED deposition that significantly improves LED device efficiency.
The ISU team has been working with MicroContinuum to enhance the light emitted by OLEDs in the forward direction by using specific substrates. Their efforts will solve a major issue for commercializing OLEDs in lighting.
